Cultivating customized human resources that will contribute to the development of future energy and biotechnology
From the Desk of the Dean of the College of Energy and Biotechnology
As Dean of the College of Energy and Biotechnology, I am honored to have the opportunity to welcome you all to our esteemed institution. Over the last 20 years, I have been fortunate enough to be able to work with cutting-edge leaders and pioneers in the pursuit of furthering education.

Our college is comprised of six departments: Chemicals and Biotechnology, Environmental Engineering, Food and Biotechnology, Fine Chemistry, Sports Science, and Optometry. We have 50 professors who are affiliated with our various departments, all who strive to contribute to industrial developments by conducting research and exploring the challenges of the future. They also work closely with students in the classroom, lab, and as part of research project groups.
We continuously work to adapt to the rapid changes within the industry and implement groundbreaking technology and scientific techniques to assist with the creative problem-solving needs of the future. In particular, we encourage students to participate in our various research projects, both on and off campus, to enable them to gain valuable practical experience to help foster the necessary talents for their roles in the society of tomorrow. At the same time, we provide them with all of the facilities necessary for a comfortable educational environment so that students can enjoy their time performing their research.

Our college operates several specialized research institutes that focus on the study of Environmental Technology, Energy and the Environment, Functional Biomaterials, Sports Science, Applied Chemistry & Chemical engineering in Nano/Bio Technology, and Medical Electronics.
Our students are empowered to tackle the unknown equipped with the skills necessary to be flexible enough to devise their own problem-solving tactics. We teach students to think systematically and analytically, and with rigor in order to help them become individuals capable of pushing for innovative change. They will leave with the tools and knowledge necessary to act as empathetic leaders capable of contributing towards the common good.
We promise to continue doing our utmost to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology by nurturing the skills and talent needed to tackle the problems of the 21st century and beyond.
Once again, I sincerely welcome you to our school and look forward to seeing your future accomplishments.
